Adriana’s Story
An aspiring medical professional with a passion for innovation
The Founder
My name is Adriana and I am a rising freshmen at Tufts University from New York City. Ever since I can remember, I was interested in finding creative solutions to our world’s problems. Throughout high school, I have worked at numerous medical centers, including Lenox Hill Hospital, Park Avenue Pediatrics, and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. In addition, I have taken several university level medicine-related classes at Brown, Sarah Lawrence, Colby, and Wellesley, and have written several research papers. My ultimate goal is to become an innovator in the medical field. Recently, I have become interested specifically in medical devices after I tore my ACL and wore a brace for months. I am currently working on a project called, Adapt-a-heel, that aims to make 3D printed adjustable insoles available to children with cerebral palsy.
